Seed drills are the pinnacle of our Bednar's offerings. In their product portfolio, you will find versatile seed drills with a disc section for soil preparation, wide-width seed drills suitable for sowing in prepared soil, seed drill combinations with rotary harrows, single seeding bars, direct seed drills for sowing in uncultivated soil and seed drills for strip-till technology. Individual seed drills are available with a working width of 3 to 12 metres, depending on the design.
Disc cultivators are irreplaceable in both conventional and minimum tillage systems. Stubble cultivation ensures proper soil moisture management, quick weed emergence, thus preventing weeds from spreading in the field later on. The Bednar product range includes two models of disc cultivators with a working width from 1,75 to 18.4 metres – the versatile SWIFTERDISC cultivators, and the heavy ATLAS disc cultivators.
Seedbed cultivators are designed for processing soil prior to seeding. They are mostly used in cultivating soil after tillage, but they can also be used in seedbed preparation in zero tillage systems. We have the most experience among all the manufacturers of agricultural technology in the category of seedbed cultivators. As a result, our comprehensive SWIFTER model line provides working widths from 3 to 18 metres.
Combined cultivators are suitable tools for improving soil cultivation in one pass. They are especially suitable for processing stubble fields with large quantities of crop residue, such as after harvesting grain maize or sunflower. The effective combination of a disc and chisel section of the combined ACTROS RO cultivator is ideal for this type of soil cultivation.
Chisel ploughs have become a revolutionary machine in deep soil cultivation and they have completely replaced standard soil cultivation with a plough in many cases. We have specialised in the production of chisel ploughs for a long time and our product range offers both mounted and trailed models, with a working width from 3 to 6,4 metres.
All BEDNAR rotary mulchers have an extremely robust structure with a hot-dipped galvanised frame, making the machine highly resistant to the aggressive plant juices and weather conditions. Easy maintenance is ensured by direct lubrication of all universal joints. Gearboxes are protected with a friction clutch, and the armoured bottom part of the mulcher increases its resistance to collisions.
